To sum it down, don’t take your care to Northland Chrysler, the service attendant Jason was very rude throughout the process. I thought I was going to the pros. I didn’t leave off the lot, I spoke to a supervisor and he assured me , they would diagnose it again, only to tell me I need a main engine harness at $2900 . $1000 for parts $1900 for labor. I called around to another dealership and they said the labor was $400 bucks at 3 hours . Thumbs down Northland Chrysler. More
