The service advisor provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and kept me informed during the entire process. The repair took much longer than expected, and the workmanship appeared rushed and sloppy. I expected greater attention to detail, especially for the amount of time the vehicle was in the shop. While I appreciate the service advisor’s efforts, the technician’s work left me disappointed and significantly affected my overall experience. The service advisor was able to address my concerns at the end, but still questioning the quality of the repairs. More
