I spent several thousand dollars to get my vehicle fixed. My wife picks up the car and they add a surcharge fee if you pay by credit card. Jerry met us for our scheduled test drive and gave us a comprehensive tour of the truck. He explained all of the technology and features, showed us how to operate everything, and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, nor any additional service plans or accessories. Brandon met with us for a quick chat and explained the cost comparison between choosing a lower interest rate and maximizing the rebates. Korbie walked us through all of the financing options and the completion of the documents with professionalism and an efficiency that can only come from experience, all while showing a genuine interest in getting to know us. Before we left, Jerry assisted us with setting up the Ford app, adding our new vehicle, and pairing our phone.
