This dealership rates good in sales service because the customer is getting a new vehicle and that is relatively easy. When is comes to Service - Forget It! This is not an employee problem, but a dealer p customer is getting a new vehicle and that is relatively easy. When is comes to Service - Forget It! This is not an employee problem, but a dealer problem. I had a recall on my truck, I took it in just the notice said. Service told me I needed to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days just to see if it qualified for the recall, then they would order parts and put in line for repairs. They had 90 cars in for electrical. It took the one week to even look at it. I could not pick up my truck and bring it back, as I would loose my place in line. This is not just due to the COVID, even though it is worse now. Northside Ford has always made it hard to bring a vehicle for recalls/repairs. When you take your vehicle in, your told how much it will be if not covered under a warranty or recall. Which is an unrealistic amount. NS Ford charges $140 to just plug in the tool that reads the check engine light. Auto Zone will do this for free. I agree with the others, Northside Ford customer service is the worst! More

I bought a truck last month love the truck loved my sales rep. Long story short left my Cadillac Escalade there over the weeekend to finish my finance on Monday we’ll N accident happened on that Saturday and rep. Long story short left my Cadillac Escalade there over the weeekend to finish my finance on Monday we’ll N accident happened on that Saturday and my Escalade was crashed into: no longer having a clean car fax etc. I wasn’t called or told about this until they ushered me in to sign papers on the new truck . I wasn’t called I’ve The Weeknd when it happened and only after they knew that I had committed to the other vehicle did they tell me . Just not a very honest way to do business . They didn’t even offer me an apology anything as a company the sales rep on the other hand did offer an apology and he again was great but the dealership very much so not honest More

We were looking to purchase a particular vehicle and was told salesperson had keys in hand. We rokd him we were coming to purchase the vehicle not look at it but purchase it. He said come on down. Upon arrival we were told another salesperson just came and got the keys 10 minutes ago and the vehicle was sold. A call would have been nice since we were driving from about 2 hours away. Instead he tried to sale us something similar which wasn't similar at all it was missing the one feature we told him we wanted. I'm just wondering how you look at and buy a car in 10 minutes? We are very disappointed. More
