I had just gone in to get my 2009 FORD EXPLORER SPORT TRAC service and walked around the lot during the quick time of service. I had seen a 2010 FORDN F-150 LARIAT and like it very much. I had known Charles Young for some time and he showed me the truck as a courtesy while waiting on service my truck. He did not pressure me, just let me look, then test drive the truck on the used lot and then I fell in love with it. The FORD F-150 Lariat has the interior room that was perfect, and the extras - well, let's just say I am very surprised that it has so much more than I thought it could have :) . Everyone at NORTHSIDE FORD is friendly and have a quality that makes anyone feel at ease. The service department has always been quick, the waiting has been minimal and the atmosphere it super. I was reluctant to go to a Car Dealership,like most. I expected to get a quick sales pitch, have papers shoved in my face, pushed a pen, and told to "sign here". I was warmly greeted by Charles, who quic expected to get a quick sales pitch, have papers shoved in my face, pushed a pen, and told to "sign here". I was warmly greeted by Charles, who quickly engaged me, in a conversation about the town I grew-up in(Uvalde), and found that Charles had also lived in Uvalde, Texas. We talked at length about people, that we both knew, even though we had never met. I discussed with Charles, some ideas I had about customizing the Mustang, in which he showed interest. Charles had several good recommendations, and even gave me the name of a place, and the phone number, where other customers had graphics done. We finally got around to discussing the Mustang, that I was interested in purchasing. Charles didn't try to flip me to another autombile, or quibble, about the price, that we had discussed on-line. I suggested that I drive the Mustang, and he quickly accommodated my request. We drove the "Stang" for around 15 minutes, long enouth for me to know, that I had to have this car. Never once, did Charles try to sell me on the car, he allowed me to sell myself, I felt completely at ease. Eventually, after more conversation about a town we both had lived in, I told him I wanted the car, and was ready to pay cash, and sign the necessary papers. Charles had my car serviced, washed, and filled-up with gas, while we completed the paper work. Since I drove my truck, he offered to follow me home, if I could drive him back. We had interesting conversation, on the way back, and Charles showed me how to use the radio, and other instruments on the Steering Wheel, and Control Panel. He made it clear, that I should call him, if I had any questions, and not to hesitate to call him for any need that might arise. I not only left with the car of my dreams, at a great price, but a new friend. It was the most pleasant experience, I've ever had purchasing an automobile. Michael S. Ambler More
