Jason was excellent, he took his time, answered all my questions and never pressured me for the sale. I was short on time that day and told Jason I would be back in a day or two to look at my trade-in. Once again, no pressure to "Get it done now". A day or two later I took my trade in to be appraised. The apprasial was fair and we went ahead with the deal. We came in wanting a specific vehicle, and in the course of the transaction, went with a totally different vehicle. Marty Martinez was extremely patient, worked with us and got us the vehicle. My husband and I went in just to look and because Charles was so good to us on our last purchase we went straight to him we ended up finding a f250 that Charles gave us a price I could not turn down. Monday is our anniversary so Charles help me surprise my husband we both was telling him that the price was to much and Charles even went a long and told him that he had sold it (no lie he did to me). On Friday, August 30, I took my car to the Northside Ford dealership because it was having issues starting. I called in advance and reviews sounded good, so I thought i had picked the right place. When I had my car towed the first day a salesman named Julio Romo assisted me and when I explained the situation he asked if I would be interested in just trading the car in as opposed to paying to get my car serviced. I left my car where he told me (at service) and I briefly talked to him about some cars. I had to go to work so I made an appointment with him the next day at 12pm. I was there 15 minutes early and he had another salesman assist me, who's name I don't recall. That man showed me a couple cars and then we did some paperwork and went over numbers. They wanted me to put a fairly large deposit down so I told him I would think about it and return another day. Since I didn't come in looking for a car, obviously I wouldn't have a deposit ready. When I asked this guy about servicing my car he seemed like he wasn't interested and told me to just walk over to service at talk to them. The next day, on Sunday, I went back to the dealership, but this time with the deposit and I was ready to actually purchase the car. I told the receptionist that I didn't have an appointment and she said that was fine and that Julio would be with me shortly. After about an 45 minute wait a manager saw me waiting and he offered to help me. He was able to get Julio who then said he was busy, but would have another guy help me. That gentleman (a tall African-American male) comes up to me and says "Do you have the money for the deposit?" I told him "Yes" and then he told me to wait and I waited another 30 minutes. I noticed him and Julio going back and forth so I asked what was wrong. The African-American salesman (I apologize, I did not catch his name) told me they couldn't find my paperwork and he asked me to come back the next day. I explained I was too busy to return the next day because I had to work. Julio then gave me a new credit application since they lost my previous one and said that he was going to the gas station and would be back in 10 minutes. Another hour went by and I still hadn't been helped (despite seeing Julio back at the dealership) so I spoke to that manager again and told him I was leaving. He apologized and said he would speak to Julio and make sure I was taken care of the next day. Now we're on Monday and I received an early morning call from an apologetic Julio. He connected me with a gentleman from finance who asked me to fill out ANOTHER credit application over the phone. I did and he told me he'd get back to me with an offer. He called me 30 minutes later with an offer that was out of my price range,b ut said he'd get back to me within an hour with a new offer. Two hours went by with no call, so I called him back. He told me he was still working on it, but he'd get back with me when it was ready. By this point I went to another dealership (North Park Lincoln) and they recommended I go talk to the people at Northside in person. I went back to Northside and they still hadn't looked at my car (Keep in mind I was initially told it would be looked at Saturday) and Julio made no mention of the offer they were supposed to be giving me. He offered no apology, didn't even ask me if I was still interested in a car or anything. He said, "You must be here to pick up your keys." He went and looked for my keys and handed them to me. I was so offended after all the time I wasted that he couldn't at least apologize for blowing me off. I took my car to North Park Lincoln and within 1 hour they were able to appraise my car, tell me the service it needed (a simple starter moldule) give me a reasonable offer and got me into a 2012 Hyundai with less than 20,000 miles on it. I am baffled as to why the people at Northside Ford suggested I buy a car and then were so disorganized and offered little help. Their only focus seemed to be making money and not making sure the customer was happy. I was so much more pleased with the service I received at North Park. More

A few months later we decided to purchase a Ford Flex and the experience wasn't like so many other car dealerships. We didn't get swarmed by the entire sales staff as soon as we got out of our car. We instead were approached by one person who asked if they could help us. He led us inside so we could meet with Jason. We decided on a Ford Flex and Northside Ford bent over backwards to get us the one we wanted. They offered to order one specific to our liking if there were other options available in their inventory. In the end we purchased one on the lot. Once that was done, the paperwork to finish up the purchase was thorough but fast and not an all day affair. This is the first domestic vehicle I have ever purchased and I'm quite happy with it. Northside Ford has gained a repeat customer. More

What a GREAT experience. Jose stayed with us, showed us the vehicles and then took us on a test ride. We forgot about the loan on the trade in, but that was no problem and was fixed quickly. Our experience in dealing with Northside Ford (NSF) to buy a new F-150 Platinum could not have been better. Historically, it takes us a great deal of time to decide upon the right vehicle at the right pl buy a new F-150 Platinum could not have been better. Historically, it takes us a great deal of time to decide upon the right vehicle at the right place from the right person and dealership. NSF's representative, Jason Pelmear, could not have been a better fit for us as he was most patient, answered all our questions without blowing smoke, and waited for us to reach our decision. In the end, we felt very comfortable with Jason, knowing he would do what we wanted and what was in our interest as far as the buying process went. If it had not been for Jason, we probably would not have purchased our new truck from NSF - Jason is a superb representative and easy to deal with. We highly recommend him to anyone wishing to buy a new Ford. Oh, btw, the new Platinum we have is absolutely indescribable; it drives like a dream and has all the bells and whistles.
