Mr. Anthony was extremely responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Of the two dealerships from which I inquired, he was the first to respond with an email and a call. His note provided helpful inform knowledgeable. Of the two dealerships from which I inquired, he was the first to respond with an email and a call. His note provided helpful information so that I had a sense of the goalposts. When we got to the dealership, he made us feel welcome. He provided important information regarding various incentives and answered general questions on the purchasing process. I appreciated him checking his inventory to see what other versions/colors/features might be en route to the dealership in the future. We were thrilled to get a chance to test drive our vehicle of interest. We have not yet decided whether to purchase, but we are keeping North Side Ford at the top of our list. On another side note that does not reflect on Mr. Anthony: while we were waiting up front to see him, it seemed as if the receptionist was somewhat distracted. Friendly enough, but we didn't get the sense that she was interested either way whether we purchased a vehicle. Mr. Anthony's sales colleagues, however, came by, greeted us, told us it wouldn't be a long wait, and then took us back to the next waiting room. I appreciated their approach so that we didn't think we were forgotten out in the lobby. Even though every salesperson is somewhat of a 'free agent', it was important to me to see that the North Side team helped one another. In the end, that makes the customer experience more satisfying. I visited the dealership to start the process of looking into buying a new vehicle to replace my Dodge Nitro I had recently stated to have some maintenance issues with, Jack Clarkson was the salesman that r into buying a new vehicle to replace my Dodge Nitro I had recently stated to have some maintenance issues with, Jack Clarkson was the salesman that received my wife and I on the lot. I really hadn't decided to replace the vehicle yet but wanted to start looking at pricing. Jack was very professional and helpful, did not try and pressure us but just helped us. We looked at and test drove a 2013 F150 FX2 vehicle and really liked it but wasn't prepared to take on the new payment since the Dodge was virtualy paid off. After Jack did a fantastic job of showing us the value of the new vehicle we decided to take a look at a purchase, during the process he was professional, curtious and helpful and really did a fantastic job of getting us the right deal that worked for us. He had another employee that helped us in the process named Brittany Eutsler as well and she was fantastic as well. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and I will say Northside Ford made it a fun expeience for my wife and I. Once we made the decision to purchase we were done and out of there with our new vechicle in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this dealership for any future vehicle needs. More

I sent out some requests through the Ford website giving very specific details about what I was looking for. The information forwarded to several dealerships was not clear on what I wanted. I had a few de very specific details about what I was looking for. The information forwarded to several dealerships was not clear on what I wanted. I had a few dealerships contacting me to tell me they had several models and colors to choose from. One dealer rep contacted me to inquire about the specific details I was looking for since the information given to him was vague. I took a few minutes to provide Ben Eason [Northside Ford] the specifics of what I wanted to include the model, color and accessories that needed to be added before taking delivery of the truck. I received a follow-up call from Ben within an hour with him telling me that he had a truck that met about 95%, if not 100% of my specific requirements. He read off the options from the truck found (luckily, right on their own lot) and wanted to know if I wanted to come take a look at it. I made an appointment with him to come in to take a look at the truck. With exception to the aftermarket accessories I needed, it was a perfect match. We went for a drive that evening; my wife and I knew that this was the one we wanted. We started to get the ball rolling to get everything together to make the purchase while Ben worked on the accessories to get all the numbers together, get the trade-in appraised and start working the numbers. The entire process actually went quicker than expected and pretty smooth. More
