Mr Young was great salesman but FEATURES (SYNC) I was told would come with car (3 year) DO NOT! UNLESS YOU GO TO FORD and PURCHASE! Cannot get anyone to get issue resolved! Mileage not to MRSP, which wa told would come with car (3 year) DO NOT! UNLESS YOU GO TO FORD and PURCHASE! Cannot get anyone to get issue resolved! Mileage not to MRSP, which was a Primary reason for purchasing this particular vehicle. Cannot get resolution! I have done as asked to check the mileage performance, logged all the information and sent it for review. Still no follow up. have called several times as was instructed to do with ANY Questions/Concerns. Either "busy with customers or not in office and will call later" No resolution. I traveled from another city to purchase here, as had made previous purchase in the past and no problems. I have even left message for Sales Manager to call- still no answer. the vehicle would be great except that it does not have the features & performance that was sold to me with the car. The SYNC feature is a big selling feature but does no good if it is not available to you. Salesman is certain it is available and he can assist me with this and other issues but after 3 weeks still has not been taken care. More
Had the pleasure of meeting Marty Martinez when my friend Andy Carranza referred me to Northside Ford to look at Mustangs and Ford F150s. I wasn't quit sure what I wanted to buy but I was going to buy since Andy Carranza referred me to Northside Ford to look at Mustangs and Ford F150s. I wasn't quit sure what I wanted to buy but I was going to buy since my husband was buying me whatever I wanted as a birthday gift. Marty was very patient and took the time to explain everything about the 2012 Mustang's then he took me to look at the Ford F150s which he didn't need to explain since that is what I already drive. As we were looking at the F150s I saw the black truck that I liked. He worked out a good deal and at the price and monthly payments I liked. That evening when we went in to sign the paperwork everything was as we had agreed no changes were made and my husband signed the contract and I drove off with my 2012 Tuxedo Black Ford F150 I was very happy and so was my husband. I will return to Northside Ford and to Marty Martinez and I will refer my family and friends to them. Thank You Northside Ford and Marty Martinez I am a very happy and satisfied customer. More

Had an engine oil leak, not bad, just seepage, but wanted to know cost to fix it. I purchased and installed the engine oil dye myself, two days later I dropped off the vehicle for the estimate. I was given an absolutely absurd estimate for the simple repair - I contacted 3 other Ford dealers and got quotes which were just over half the Northside price for repairing the leak. I went in to speak with the Northside rep, to ensure there was no mistake on the outrageous telephone quote. As it turned out, I had heard them correctly. I asked if they would meet the other dealer's quotes, or even just get close; I was told there was no one at the dealership who could make that decision for Northside. I told them in that case, I wanted to pick up my vehicle and take it elsewhere for the repair. Then they told me that I would still have to pay a diagnostic fee of $45 - even though I've been their customer for years and I put in the dye myself! But, they shined a black light on the vehicle and apparently that was worth $45... and they lost a customer in the process. I wonder how many other customers get gouged because they don't do additional research, and just write a check for the bloated repair cost... Henry Ford once said that "service that isn't good, isn't service." Northside is doing their customers a disservice, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I can. More

We came to the dealer looking at used cars, as we worked with Domonic and his knowledge of both used and new he showed us we could buy new at a better price and warranty.
