We purchased a 2011 Ford 150, Platinum. Recently we had a flat tire and found the spare was totally different then the tires on the vehicle. I had purchased my old truck at Northside Ford when it was at the other location and I am sooo glad I came back. Virgil, David and Charlie were extremely helpful and informative. They were not pushy at all like some of the other salesmen were at the other dealers. The price we agreed upon was excellent! I know we haggled for a while cause we knew what we wanted. Virgil is a great salesman! He walked us through everything and even after we signed for everything he made sure we knew how to operate everything in our new truck. I love our new F-150 Lariat!!! I had a Ford Ranger before, which I traded in and got a great rebate on, and this by far surpasses it.
