I purchased a Ford F-150 from Northside 11 years ago. I had a Great Experience then, but they did not have a used truck, Like I was looking for the next time. Just a real bunch of people who thought they were all that. That is why I went to Northside to look, this time around. That is when I found out that wil worked there. Everyone was really nice at Northside and did not play games about the price. I was looking to buy a used Truck and came away with a really nice Truck, at a Great Price. Wil Johnson did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. Marc Canlas in Fiance was awesome. Marc explained eveything to us and made sure we understood everything. Marc laughed and joked with us. Seemed like I knew him for years. I went looking to buy a ford and came away with a Chevy Avalanche. That is how great these guys are. We purchased a 2010 focus. WE service our ford here regularly. In 2011 we came in for service on our 2010 and just to test drive the 2012 focus we were not intending to purchase one that day. We explained to him of our purchase here in 2010. We took the test drive. Shortly after we came back in to the showroom, the salesman was pulled aside by a sales manager, the manager did not tell us what was going on which was rude in my opinion. the manager then approached us ann told us rather rudely that they have a policy of using the same salesman which we purchased out 2010 from. We had no intention of purchasing that day and told him this also, and after that rude manager encounter, we will definetly not purchase another car from this dealership. More

Our 2011 150 pick-up (purchased 6/2011) has been taken in for door lock issue 3 times and Gary has not followed through with ordering the part and then calling so we can bring truck back to have part replaced. 3rd time was yesterday (4/16/12)!!!
