Firstmark Credit Union steered us to several San Antonio area Ford dealers through their "credit union friendly" program. We contacted Northside Ford since we were in that area and spoke with David Starnes area Ford dealers through their "credit union friendly" program. Within a few minutes he contacted us that he had the 2012 vehicle we were looking for. He had it parked in front and he and Jason Pelmear were waiting for us. Our salesperson did not have to work very hard to get the sale because we had already visited other dealerships and test drove prior to visiting this dealership and the other dealerships just did not have what we were looking for. The salesperson did a great job taking us exactly to what we were looking for and had very good knowledge of the vehicle. I will say that we really had work hard to get the terms we wanted, but our salesperson tried the best he could to work with us. Anyhow, in the end I love my vehicle and I don't have a problem with this dealership. More
