From the moment I walked onto the lot I was treated like a valued customer. I never felt like I was being pushed into purchasing or being persuaded to spend more than I wanted. He went out of his way to make my car buying experience the best it could be. He had a great attitude from the very beginning and made me feel comfortable. He was also very accomodating with my 6 year old child, which I appreciated a lot because there are quite a few places that are not "kid friendly". I would recommend Frank to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle for the reason that he is sincere, has the customers best interest in mind, a no pressure guy, and has excellent customer service skills. Ron Sutton was the next person I dealt with. He has a great outgoing personality and is very friendly as well. He really looked at my trade in vehicle instead of just writing down some random trade in value based on general information. I felt he worked hard to give me a good trade value and was pleased because, even though it was a 1998 car, he didn't treat it like it wasn't worth anything. He handled my contract and explained everything very well and made everything so easy and less confusing and complex than I thought it would be. He also was very accomodating and friendly with my daughter too. Richard Powell handled the financing for my vehicle and he was such a wealth of information. He helped myself and my mother, the cosigner, understand all the contracts and explained everything we had questions about. He found the lowest interest rate & best payments as possible. He never once got impatient with the millions of questions my mother asked either... I was very pleased with his attitude and customer service as well. Northside Ford made my first car buying experience much easier than I thought it would be. I had been to numerous dealerships before and at Northside Ford they had the best customer service and knowledgable staff. I felt good in their hands and confident that I received the best service.
