Horrible Experience Went there to get my car body work done. When I picked the car observed issues with my sliding door opening...It was not working at all ...Which was w Went there to get my car body work done. When I picked the car observed issues with my sliding door opening...It was not working at all ...Which was working fine earlier...And they didn't want to listen the issue and didn't take ownership ... Kept repeating we didn't touch your door... Which was very disappointing.. More

Car service Mike Bayer / James Britt I called service 2 weeks ago I spoke to Mike , I told him I was coming in from Houston I asked if I need to make an appoin Mike Bayer / James Britt I called service 2 weeks ago I spoke to Mike , I told him I was coming in from Houston I asked if I need to make an appointment he told me no just bring my car in. I took 2 days of PTO to bring my car in. i get there this morning 8/30/2018 at 7am only to be told (by James Britt) they couldn’t check my car for me to bring it another day! Told him that I took PTO, so that he can get my car fixed from a wheel allignment and a noise it makes when I press on the brakes.. He didn’t care what I had to say!!! I’ve only had my car since May and have had this issue since then. Even Took my car to a ford dealership in Houston. They said they fixed the issue but they did not. I shouldn’t be having to go through this. You’d think they’d care since I came in from Houston. Who wants to take PTO to get their car fixed and then being given the run around?
