At first I was excited about my purchase. Until the financing portion with the screen not a true reflection of what the paperwork would actually be and the pressure to purchase add ons and Fr Until the financing portion with the screen not a true reflection of what the paperwork would actually be and the pressure to purchase add ons and Frank seemed genuinely annoyed by my questions and the time I was taking to read the documents. I wish I had taken more time and had been less trusting. My sales person Davaughnta could not answer many of my questions or out right lied to me. The sticker was not on the car and I asked if this is AWD and he said let me look at the driving modes. Yes it says snow so it’s an all wheel drive. Well it’s not and I did not find that out until later. Shame on me for not insisting on seeing all the specs. They say you should never trust a used car salesman, well that goes for a new car salesman also. More
