Jared States was incredibly efficient, professional, and a wonderful communicator. He and I had many communications leading up to the sale, and he was always quick to respond to all of my questions and conc a wonderful communicator. He took the time to send me loads of pictures and videos of the vehicle before I put my deposit down, and he even checked the car out personally, looking for things such as the air ride and cool box working. He made the entire process pleasant, transparent, and straightforward. This was by far the simplest, most hassle-free car buying experience I've had at a dealership. Having selected the car before we came, we were out the door in easily less than an hour. Both Jared and his manager Cristian went out of their way to provide exceptional service beyond the sale, handing a small issue in a friendly, professional manner. I would not hesitate to send a family member or friend to Jared to purchase their next vehicle with full confidence that they'll be treated well and taken care of. More
In 2015 we purchased our ES350 from Northside and had a very good experience and service. Relationships with returning customers does not appear to be a corporate goal/objective with Northside. Would not match a written offer on our 2015 ES350 sight unseen. Northside inspected the car with very low mileage, relatively new Michelin tires and a recent total brake job. Northside found no issues or problems with the car, but still refused to match the offer. Within 2 days, Northside posted our used car on their website with a 53% markup and it appeared to have sold in less than 2 weeks. We paid full MSRP, took possession and are happy with our 2024 RX350. Our bad judgement was wanting to buy the car within a week before our vacation and not waiting until we returned and shopped around with other dealerships. My whole business career was based on relationships which I valued very highly and matching a written offer would have been good. More
