He was very courteous and friendly, and promptly took care of our needs. My husband is much more critical of work done that we are paying for than I am, but Felipe had the utmost respect for what he had to say and acknowledged what he pointed out, and then took care of it. Actually, everyone with whom we have dealt at Northside Lexus has always been very courteous and helpful. We also have high regards for Brent Penn, the salesman with whom we have worked, another asset to your company. More

The collision department staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous. The repair work was excellent. There is no evidence of the damage. I have chosen to drive a Lexus because of the service and warm welcome from Northside Lexus. I bought a used Lexus in Dallas, but serviced it at Northside since I live in Spring.
