I love the Lexus SUV that I have, it is my second one. I love the service and really love the pick-up & delivery service and leaving a car for me to drive in between. A reman Alternator cost $1,100. The service and people are wonderful but the price is crazy. I will probably not return and that is regrettable because I have always had a great experience there but I rea are wonderful but the price is crazy. I called the service department. I explained the situation. The first day I called the customer service representative told me not to worry, the lights would turn off by themselves (engine and skid situation. That I had not put the gas cap on correctly while filling up. I believed that until the next day when the lights were still on. I called again and this time this representative told me she would have someone call me back. Dean called me back and asked if I could bring the car in and they would look at it. Kyle took over once I was at the dealership and asked if I could wait for it. Dorothy took over and explained the situation. She had obtained a loaner for me. She called me that night and told me what was going on and hopefully I would have my car back the next day. I was kept informed when the mechanics wanted to keep the car longer. When I did finally get called by Dorothy to come any time and that my car was ready, everyone was so nice and my car was washed. This service department is the reason my next cars will be Lexus cars! More
