I’m kind of disappointed. I was there just for a buy out my lease and everyone “ it’s so busy “. Anyway, I asked just to find out an interest rate. They said they will check m I was there just for a buy out my lease and everyone “ it’s so busy “. Anyway, I asked just to find out an interest rate. They said they will check my credit, which is very good, and they will check with few banks for a rate. I waited 3 hours and nothing happened. I spoke finally with a financial manager and he assured me he will contact me I a day or two. It passed 4. Nobody contacted me. Yesterday I texted him, I called him. No response. I hope I can get by November 17 when my lease expires. I don’t understand why we can’t do it over the phone, the seen the car, inspection was done, it takes like 30 min to solve this problem. I’m very disappointed More
