Northstar's service dept is the best I've ever worked with, and I'm not even slightly exaggerating — they're GREAT. Most recently, they solved a complicated electronics issue that two other dealers couldn't (one of which tried to pretend it away). Mike was amazingly patient and helpful. He addressed all our concerns with care and understanding. No question and frustration escaped him. I wish everything could have happened faster.
