Clean and appointment on time for my 7500 mile service. However the car is a new vehicle and has a radio problem and only a few months into a new lease. I explained the problem and they wanted to charge an additional $200 to update the system. For a new car this should not be an extra charge. Now am trying to do it myself and it’s a pain. They also went over the time at the end and were not able to give the car wash that was included in the service as I had to return to work. More
