They are scammers trying to lure people into their 'deal' and then scam on the price. Location is terrible, traffic moves at 5 miles per hour, impossible really to do test drive. There are so many legitimate dealers - this one is really to avoid. More

After agreeing to the price Jon Musson was extremely helpful in answering my question and providing all the numbers for us in writing before diriving to the dealership to actually purchase the vehicle. Staff was friendly, there was a lot of back and forth between the dealership and a lot across the street because the person assisting us did not have the information on the inventory available. Luckily, just before we decided on a vehicle, we kept walking around the lot and found the model in the color we wanted and the features we were looking for. But we had to look ourselves. One thing is strange to me, is that after purchasing extended warranty, etc. we haven't received any documents from Kia at all. More

I only bought the car because I wanted it, which meant I had to put up with their abysmal service. I was told the car had been put through a thorough inspection and I trusted what they told me, which looking back was my mistake. After purchasing my car, I brought it to my mechanic upon which he told me this car was unsafe to be driven in its current condition. The front bumper was barley hanging on by two screws, one on each side. Both sides of the bumper are suppose to have 3 screws each. There were zero clips on my front bumper as well. Clearly, the car wasn't inspected because the problem would have been fixed before the car was put on the lot. Not to mention when I came to pick up my vehicle, before I noticed any of these problems, my salesman had me waiting in the lobby for 3 hours and repeated to me "its going to be a while" anytime I would ask what the hold up was. Come to find out, he was working on another sale with another client. We had already arranged a specific time for me to pick up my vehicle so he had plenty of time to prepare the car for me. After speaking to a manger his first words were "Your still here?". I asked him what was taking so long and he told me my salesman was with another customer. The manager set me up with another salesman and I was out of the building in 25 minutes. After two or three email I purchased a car online, and confirmed over the phone. I received an email confirmation for the scheduled delivery time. After two or three emails went without reply, I called to confirm. They gave me some details but reported someone would call back with the name of the financing company which my insurer wanted. Nobody called. The next day, I wrote again and did not hear any response again. I called and the person sounded confused and said someone would call back. The car did not arrive, nobody called. I wrote several more emails asking where my car was and nobody has responded at all. I'm speechless. More

I had done a lot of research and called them with a price I was looking for and they got me a bet Northstar Kia made my first car purchase super easy. This Purchase happened during the Covid-19 Pandemic and Carlos was very cognizant of maintaining cleanliness and minimal contact. He was still able to introduce all the functions of the car as he was very knowledgeable of it. The Process did take a a bit longer than I had anticipated but he helped us through all we needed The car was supposed to come with 2 keys but they are currently working on Locating the second one which I thought was a little odd. Other than those small details it was an easy transaction by the team. Thanks again! More
