They succeeded where all the others failed I went to a bunch of other dealers closer to home... they lost my appointments, left me wandering without someone to talk to, they wasted my time, cou I went to a bunch of other dealers closer to home... they lost my appointments, left me wandering without someone to talk to, they wasted my time, couldn't find the key for the test drive, you name it, they found a way to screw up. Here I got the royal treatment. Within a few minutes Carlos shook my hand & answered all my questions. I wanted an EV and he knew his stuff (pretty rare for EVs, I've found). He really understands what's important to the customer -- the paperwork took a while but he stuck with me throughout. Highly recommended. More

A Saturday Purchase- Mercedes Benz I entered the dealership and was treated like royalty from the offering of tea, coffee and hot chocolate . It was insured I was comfortable and cozy. I purchase a 2016 Nissan Altima and although the sales agent, Jasbina, was nice, the moment I drove off in that car was a nightmare. They spoke about how they don’t sell bad/lemon cars...etc but the same night I drove the car, the acceleration was a problem. I couldn’t drive off after a stop at a red light. I sent in the videos and got to the service team within a few days. When I brought in the car to the service team, I had TWO silver side mirrors. When I picked up the car and made it home, I realized I had a black and a silver side mirror. HOW? Why would they take one of my mirrors? On top of that, the problem with the transmission and acceleration was not solved and within an hour of driving the car, the car was the exact same. Now I have to return the car for a second time. I want to know where my side mirror has disappeared to as well. More
