I had come to think that was just the way things had changed in ten years. Then I found my way over to Northtown Jeep on Niagara Falls Blvd and I did a 180. Jeremy was so helpful and patient. Showing me all different amenities and explaining how things worked. He and his counterpart Kim never made me feel rushed , they weren't pushy but they were attentive and followed up with me when I needed info. I've now been driving my new Jeep Wrangler for about a week and I Love it!! I had some questions after my purchase and Jeremy always got right back to me. The purchase process was easy and fast!
