All attitude. Had the motor on my Sportage replaced under the motor recall and things were fine for about 11-12 months, then transmission failed. I took it to another Kia dealer who said I needed a new tran the motor recall and things were fine for about 11-12 months, then transmission failed. I took it to another Kia dealer who said I needed a new transmission. Then he called me and said it looked as if the transmission had not been properly reassembled and that likely caused the failure. He called Northtown who's answer from their head mechanic was "it is out of warranty, we will do nothing". So I called Northtown several times and was told they would call back, after I called the Kia America customer hotline. Still no call back from Northtown. Called Kia America again, and after a month of trying, I got a call from the Manager of Kia who said "I have the report from my mechanic and the report from the other Kia mechanic, go ahead and sue me". He then gave me his name and hung up. no discussion, no sorry this happened, no empathy just a polite "FU". I will never deal with Northtown again. More

I have bought an alot of cars over the years, this was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Within minutes of us walking in Bailey approached us to see if we were being helped.
