Northtown Kia

Disappointing I picked up my new vehicle last night - a Kia Forte. While it is a nice vehicle, I feel I down graded from the car I had previously. My payment is really high although I do believe the finance guy made some effort for a better deal. I made it clear that my budget was a concern. Now I have a pymt about $100 higher, but they did put me in a new vehicle. I still feel my concern was brushed aside in order to make the sale. I like leasing, but was talked into buying which is a higher pymt. None the less, I signed and that's on me. There was a delay in work that had to be done to my leased vehicle before I could turn it in to Kia. During that period all the paperwork for the sale had been sent in even though I had not yet taken possession of the car. When I asked if I could cancel the sale, I was told it was too late. I asked the salesman at least twice did this vehicle have an remote start (that was very important for me) and was told yes. Come to find out it doesn't have remote start. . Had I known that, I would not have gotten this vehicle. Now I'm stuck with a car I'm not 100% happy with. My experience with Kia wasn't the greatest although everyone was very courteous and friendly. I've always done business with West Herr and will probably go back to them next time. This experience has taught me a lot about car shopping and buying. Buyer beware is so true. More

Ensured I had a vehicle I could afford and was comfortable for what I needed. They were knowledgeable on all of their vehicles and showed me all of the features (this was not the case for my last comfortable for what I needed.
