And with that kind of customer service, I'm updating the rating and increasing it as it certainly has made me think about going to Northtown for my next vehicle purchase. The fact that they did try what they could to fix the issues certainly helped me out. So I definitely appreciate the efforts. **************************** I'm honestly torn. The sales agent, John B, was great and very patient. However, the dealership hasn't met my expectations. First, the Kia Rio I went to see had a couple cracks in the rear bumper and the driver door didn't close properly. So I then was shown a Kia Forte. I really liked that car so I settled on it (mainly because my prequalification was expiring the next day). After having to be at the dealership for almost 4 hours, I had to go to be with my family and went back the next day to finish the paperwork. Even then, it took over an hour to sign paperwork and pay the registration fee for my vehicle. During these days, I noticed a slight rattling sound coming from the heater. I called the warranty company who told me to call the dealership about a diagnostic and speak with a finance manager as the warranty paperwork wasn't in their system yet. I called several times over the past few days but have not heard back. Almost as though they're now done with me after having sold me the vehicle. I usually go go West Herr Auto Group for my vehicles, but gave Northtown a try. I'l be going back to West Herr for my next car. 4.5 stars for my sales rep but 1.5 for the dealership. More

Went to look at low priced used cars for teen son. They treated us the same as if we were there for a brand new Stinger. All staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. If your looking to steer clear of all the Mumbo jumbo? Go see Kendall, & Tatiana and have the Manager Sergio work with them, they are an all star team that doesn’t quit until you get what you want. From top to bottom and they got me into what I needed and wanted for what I could afford. Other dealers couldn’t be bothered. 5 Star team of folks there. Happy to recommend and buy again they all need a bonus or a raise from Northtown because they made it happen, and were more than pleasant throughout the entire transaction.
