My motor lasted 4k miles. Was out of work for two weeks. Tow was hundreds. They replaced my motor under warranty. Didn't charge my AC after swapping the compressor. They said it must have a leak and they would have to change for diagnostic. How is that when it was just working before I brought it in. The advisor acted like I was stupid and said they never had to drain the AC system. Yet when any compressor is swapped the system must be drained. I was also charged for a battery cause the car seat for months. I get my battery was old. Kia and Hyundai refuse to take responsibility that the motor failing makes other parts fail or need attention. They have over 5 million cars with motor issues currently do your research before going with this company and their product. More
They could not duplicate the problem that I was having with the car. The problem was that their communication to me was less than satisfactory.
