Service department i am changing my review because my last experience went from a worst to the best i had problem with one of the service advisory but as soon as Russ th i am changing my review because my last experience went from a worst to the best i had problem with one of the service advisory but as soon as Russ the service manger was notified he contact me and he did the best he can to help me he mad sure i am leaving the dealer happy and i have no problem at all and i think this is what Northtown Mazda is about all about friendship and costumer sanctification and Margaret she is awesome service adviser she made sure all the work are done on my car on time and she even had them wash my car plus every time i walk in for my oil change she takes me with smile and does her best .now i am waiting for my sale person to get back from vacation and we are going to purchase the 12th car from northtown . everyone is good and friendly in northtown but i love to work with Alex tikalich my sales person /Russ service manger and Margaret service adviser More
Correcting my previous review You may have seen my previous 1 star rating. I am updating this now because it went from one of the worst experiences I have ever had to the BEST. The General Manager Erik Nelson took to the time to reach out to me and fully empathized with my experience. Erik took the time to hear me out and without question sprung into action asking me to come in and give them a second chance with a new sales rep Tim Park, Tim with hands down the best sales consultant I have ever had. He took the time to listen to my needs and went through the car I wanted top to bottom. He wouldn't let me purchase until he knew I loved the car and that is the sign of someone who cares about his customers. In the end I could not be happier with the service and deal I received. I will be recommending Tim and Erik to every person I hear that needs a new car. More

We were a bit concerned about being encouraged several times to please send in a rating of excellent across the board. Makes one wonder what happens to an employee if they're not perfect on a daily basis? times to please send in a rating of excellent across the board. We came close to the price we thought was fair, but unfortunately it took quite awhile to get there, thus the reason for the "good" score on the cost of our vehicle. If our desired price was met we would have had a "great" score for your dealership and our experience. More
Purchased a Mazda CX5 in early 2012 from Stan Snuzka at Northtown Mazda and was impressed with the level of service, professionalism, and quality of the dealership and vehicle. I recently went back to Nor Northtown Mazda and was impressed with the level of service, professionalism, and quality of the dealership and vehicle. I recently went back to Northtown Mazda for a 2014 Mazda 6 and had the same great level of service. Mazda has developed some great cars and Northtown Mazda is a great place to purchase them at. More
