I took my 2014 Forester to this dealer for an oil change and check up. I asked them to check the battery and clean the cable links blue powdered residue around it. I have serviced my car here since I purchased it new in 2013. When I was given the assessment of the check by Khoron, my service rep.he said the battery is not holding the charge. I decided to have a new one put in. When my car was ready, I paid the invoice for oil change & new battery. WhenI went to my car I took a Look under my hood and noticed my old battery was still in?? I brought this to Khoron’s attention and he was very helpful and drove the car back to the service garage to have the new battery installed. If I hadn’t checked I would have left with my old battery after paying for a new one. There was a communication breakdown between the service rep and service. There should have been a photo of the old battery removed and the new one installed. Also, the battery connectors still had that blue powder residue around them, not cleaned well as asked. My trust began to waiver after all these years. I voiced my concern to the Service Manager on duty that day, Jeremy Clark, who apologized for the mix up and will compensate at my next service in October for inspection. This is not the usual service I have gotten all these years. A customer shouldn’t have to check if the work is done as requested. Please look into this for future. Thank you. More

I had a great experience with Ethan helping me find the car I wanted at a price I could afford. A week after taking the car home, I noticed water pooling in the fog light. He kept me informed through out the process and fully explained what had been done and why when I picked up the car. We have come to expect excellence from Northtown, and they deliver. More
