They were very friendly and not aggressive sales people. I refuse to purchase a vehicle from a place that has pushy sales people. We had already enjoyed our buying process here in 2019, but little did we know how fantastic the service experience would be. After a rodent took up residence in our engine compartment and made a meal of a wiring harness, the car wouldn't start. Gabe at Subaru made the repair experience - around the holidays no less - completely painless. Despite a full appointment schedule, his service team looked at the car the next morning. By that evening we had a free loaner and a plan for repairs. I've never had such an easy time with a repair and I'm happy to say it wasn't an issue with my Subaru. I won't forget this the next time I buy a car. More
