Andy and crew were just fine. There was an issue about getting Subaru brake pads but we made an alternative brand decision together. Otherwise, I wish my car servicing- inspection mostly- had not required my car to spend almost 12 hrs in the shop. Perhaps Northtown Subaru could expand its service department? I have no intention of taking my car anywhere else and hope my comments are seen as constructive. Staff is always very pleasant and I appreciate all the little extras that are taken care of. At my most recent visit, Andy was great and exceeded expectations with his personal approach to customer service and the level of detailed oversight he provided with the vehicle’s maintenance. A simple LOF and tire rotation but I also mentioned to him a few reoccurring issues that I had with the car. Solutions to solve those problems were immediately presented and service to address the issues was swift. I appreciate the level of professionalism and kindness I feel from everyone I meet in the service department. Great job to Andy and the entire staff. More
