The first service advisor that took care of me station 9 David Steinmetz was very rude and careless. Looked like he was doing me a favor to be honest. I went there on a Wednesday if I’m not wrong the part w David Steinmetz was very rude and careless. Looked like he was doing me a favor to be honest. I went there on a Wednesday if I’m not wrong the part was going to take a couple of days to get there he said “call me next week Friday if I forget to give you a call” never received a call so I showed up almost 2 weeks later. I went to him he didn’t even bother to welcome me he said “ i can’t help you I’m taking a class you can ask somebody else here for help” with the worst attitude. On the other side there was this nice lady she even had to go to him to ask him some questions since he was the one who ordered the part, he also was pretty rude to her too. I don’t remember the name of this very nice lady but she was great! very nice and caring. A completely opposite experience. I think this other guy should not really work with people. I can definitely tell he doesn’t like his job. More
I brought my truck (less than 60,000 miles) in for a check engine light and 4WD not working. While there I asked for an oil change while they were at it. It took 3 days to even look at my truck and t check engine light and 4WD not working. While there I asked for an oil change while they were at it. It took 3 days to even look at my truck and then 2 weeks for repairs, I had to let the advisor know that I had pre-purchased the oil change package (includes car wash and tire rotation) and an extended warranty. They charged me for an oil change when the repairs needed (new lifters) required replacing the oil. They tried to have me have the injectors cleaned when I had just had that done. They tried to charge me for 4 wiper blades when my truck has 2. They tried to charge me for 2 bottles of brake fluid instead of 1. They tried to charge me for a wiring harness that was covered under warranty. I have never had a good experience with this service department and will most likely never go back and this was the only place I took my truck. Just terrible. Advisors are lazy and just don't care. We lost $2k a day in production while y’all kept our truck for a month and a half. Communication was horrible and we were lied to on several occasions by Mary in the service department.
