Poor Communication I was interested in a 2012 Toyota Camry SE and when I went to test drive it, the check engine light was on. The salesperson said that they would take I was interested in a 2012 Toyota Camry SE and when I went to test drive it, the check engine light was on. The salesperson said that they would take it to the technician to read the code and get back to me. I never heard from them. A week later I went in to test drive the car again to see if the check engine light was gone, and it was. I asked them to tell me what the code read and they said that they couldn't tel me and would get back to me early the next day. The next day rolled around and I had no response from the salesperson, and I called to inquire about it again and then notified me that the vehicle had sold. There was a huge lack of communication throughout the whole process, and I would not recommend this dealership to my enemies. It's a shame too because I had given this dealership my business in the past. More
