The business that I am in is booming and my boss told me to lease a vehicle for the warehouse and consultation calls. I knew right away I was going to get a jeep so I started at a different jeep dealer who I’ll leave nameless but is located across from Benson high school in Northeast Portland;) I’m 6 foot 5, 220 pounds and had the pretty woman treatment. I stood around for 10 minutes before anyone would even look at me and the person that did help me couldn’t answer any of my questions and looked at his watch after being with me for a few minutes and said I have an appointment in 20 minutes I have to go. Not cool. I was discouraged but determined. As luck would have it I called Northwest Jeep that night. Renee Lang answer the phone and immediately I knew I was in different hands. She was super friendly, no BS and had all the answers I was looking for. I test drove the jeep I am now driving that next morning. When I arrived at Northwest Jeep Jeff Elicker took me on a very fun, friendly and professional test drive and again answered all the questions I had and was extremely accommodating and an all around good guy. I looked at a few different models of the jeep but ultimately settled on a black 2018 jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport. A few days later my boss and I came in and at that point Christina Cho worked her financing magic and got us the very best price fast, friendly and efficiently. The way I know it was the very best price is because I shopped around a lot. I actually had several other dealers fighting for my business against each other but left northwest jeep out of the fray because they had treated me so nice. As it turns out they had the lowest price for the most jeep. No other dealer came close and no other dealer treated me the way I was treated at Northwest Jeep. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle. There is simply no point. I could actually go on about this experience for days but I just want to send a giant heartfelt thank you to Renee, Jeff and Christina and really everyone at Northwest Jeep for changing my life and my companies life for the better.
