I specifically said that I needed a rental. I even bought an extended warranty that guarantees me a rental. I went to drop off my truck today. He did not provide me with a vehicle and did not call Me to tell Me they didn't have any rentals available. He knew I needed one and He also said He would let Me know if none were available Knowing My drive was a distant one and that I could not go without transportation.
