First of all, let me state that while this Vehicle purchase was a spontaneous decision between my Wife and I and we couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience with NWJCD. First and foremost, our Salesmen William and Shannon were absolutely fantastic. We started off the process working with William and concluded it with Shannon/Sean, due to William's schedule at the time of our arrival. We were professionally greeted at the dealership by the Staff and were introduced to William. Our prior interactions were all by Phone and/or E-mail. All were courteous, professional and everything that was promised, was delivered. Our experience with the BMW Brand is minimal at best. However, my Wife had her sights on a 3 Series in stock. Shannon was not too familiar with the Vehicle and there were issues with starting the Vehicle. The Service Technician(s) were promptly summoned and arrived at the car in what appeared to be Seconds and immediately taught Shannon and ourselves about the unique characteristics with starting the Engine on a BMW and again they were very professional and courteous. Financing was a breeze and we did not spend our entire day at the Dealership Showroom. Our experience warranted a 5 Star Review. Despite the minor setbacks we encountered in getting familiar with the Vehicle, the overall experience was pleasant throughout and we would definitely recommend this Dealership to all of our Friends/Family. We bought our car a little over a year ago at Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge. We have had our car in the shop a few times since then for oil changes, recall upgrades and one time, this week, for an honest Jeep Chrysler Dodge. We have had our car in the shop a few times since then for oil changes, recall upgrades and one time, this week, for an honest to goodness "something isn't right with the car." I have yet to have a bad experience with anyone there. Everyone is helpful, courteous and knowledgable. But today I have to offer special recognition and thanks to your crew, especially Aaron Newton. Aaron was very kind, considering it was probably obvious I had had a bad day. He was more than kind. It is my understanding that he is relatively new there. For a new guy, he sure knows his stuff. He explained the situation with my car with no hitches. I had no questions after he went through the work order. And I was in and out in no time, back in my own sweet car. And to the rest of the crew, though I don't know your names, YOU GUYS RULE! Thanks for ending a very cruddy day on a super high note for me! I love you guys! Machelle T More
We had an appointment for an oil change at 11:00 and to check service light on dash. We were told by the person that checked us in it would be about 25 minutes for the oil change. After waiting in a packed, freezing cold waiting room for one hour I confronted the unpleasant services woman as to status, since our truck was still not in the shop. I think we were very patient, especially since no one had come to give us an update. Said she would check and let us know. Within a minute our truck was pulled in shop. She entered waiting room and still did not give us a status....she assisted someone else. After another few minutes she came and told me what we could already knew....they pulled it in the shop. 16 minutes later we see our truck pulled back into parking lot. (We are definitely watching the clock now!) We wait for over ten minutes and no one comes to update us at all. Ok I agree 10 minutes doesn't sound like a lot of time, but when you have waited 1 1/2 hours for a 25 minute job...it was long enough! AND...wait till you hear the rest if the story!!! Since NO one comes to let us know status, we once again make the first move to go see what's going on. A pleasant gentleman did come to help us and relayed the message from the unpleasant service woman (who would not even give us the time of day!)......ok ready for this????..... They reset the service light and didn't even change the oil!!!! We have NEVER been so disappointed with a service department before! More
Buyer beware, the new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit we purchased was their leader. The car had problems 200 miles right off the lot. They sent us to another dealer to fix, they couldn't. we called Northwest to fix the problem. We were on our own. The finance dept was rude, we wouldn't buy another of their additional profit items. Don't buy their warranty, go to chrysler for half the price. The lights were flashing off and on the low voltage light came as well as the engine light and the Uconnent wouldn't work. We broke down half way home The car has been in the shop three times within a month. I have tried to contact Bob Mcgrain countless times with no response and no resolve to the problem. It appears he has no respect for buyers once a car is sold especially to out of state buyers. More

In the past 5 years this dealership has, in my opinion, become crooked or at the very least become extremely overpriced. Twice now you have quoted me for a repair well over twice the price I ended up payin become crooked or at the very least become extremely overpriced. Twice now you have quoted me for a repair well over twice the price I ended up paying at other licensed mechanics. Your prices are exorbitant and I wonder about the work you say is "necessary". Were I a man would I be getting the same exorbitant estimates? Who knows. I have had a 20 year relationship with your service department but that is over. You will never get another dime from me or my family and despite the fact that I love the jeep I will never purchase another one. More
I purchased a car at this dealership from Mr. John Paris. The vehicle was new and had a very attractive price. I called ahead and told the dealership (John) I was very interested in the car. Upon my arrival, i was promptly greeted and was shown the car advertised. Although there was a miner difference in the sales cost of the vehicle, I was given the advertised price with no hassle. ( This is not always true at some dealerships which show incredible pricing but never seem to have the car.) Although John Paris was relatively new in the car business, his business background experience made him thorough and a pleasure to work with. Based on my experience, I would shop at Northwest Jeep Chrysler in the future when looking for a vehicle. More
This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have every had. Absolutely no buyers remorse!! We know we got the best deal around! We have purchased 6 cars (new and used) in the past and usually dread the purchasing experience. NO MORE!! The sales rep, Mike, was straight forward, no hassle, this is our best offer upfront. After extensive research we knew going in what a good deal was around the country, and right from the start they compared with the best deals in the nation. In less than 4 hours we had traded in our old vehicle with a fair blue book trade in price and left with a brand new vehicle at a price we knew no other dealership could offer! There is no question that we will be back! More
I bought an 08 Sprinter new and this dealership has become my service outlet. I have had numerous issues with the Sprinter but when it is fixed it is fixed. At the end of my service contract Ron put me become my service outlet. I have had numerous issues with the Sprinter but when it is fixed it is fixed. At the end of my service contract Ron put me in contact with the service contract person in the dealership. I have been coming here for going on six years now and I can't go anywhere else. Ron knows my needs and he knows my business is down when the Sprinter is down so they do everything imagineable to get me going. There is always a car available should I need one. These sprinters are costly vehicles to maintain and they didnt just try to sell me a contract they weighed out the pros and cons and it has paid off. I hope the service system doesnt change because it is painless for me right now. They know what I need and when I need it. It is hard enough running a business without the added problems of vehicle maintenance. Hats off to Ron for his professionalism and his willingness to do anything the customer needs to keep them happy. Tim More
