I recently bought a Toyota Tundra from Novak Motors and the entire process was seamless. Don made everything very simple and there was zero pressure into buying the vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in 1.5 hours, no game playing. They worked with their sister location in NY to get the truck that I saw and said even if I didn't like, they would give me my deposit back in full. They had minimal time to check it over and when i drove it out of the dealership, I noticed a fog light bulb was out and they replaced it no questions asked a few weeks later. This place is awesome. Total Professionals. I was on a tight timeline and knew exactly what car I wanted. I live in the tri state area but was mostly looking around long island and queens. The level of professionalism relative to the competition was instantly noticeable. Just about every listing on Autotrader will have hidden payment schemes built into their costs which artificially drive online listings down - thereby driving footraffic to the dealership only to realize the car is more expensive than list. This was NOT the case here with Novak Motors. Not only was the car in excellent shape as advertised, but it came with a powertrain warrantee as does every car on this lot. As a sale guy myself, I appreciated these guys so much I was happy to pay list price. I am more than happy with my purchase. Also, because I drove to the dealership in my rental, they had an employee shuttle me back from the enterprise rental ~15 miles away so I could drive my new ride home. PS the car was the best of 6 other identical models I test drove. very happy. More

I was supposed to write this review weeks ago, but I'm not the type of person to review something right after buying it. I like to give a min and let the newness wear off, allowing the item to shine on its own. My dealing with Novak is kind of a long story that ended in a quick, smooth transaction. After seeing a Jeep on their site, I called Novak, and Don told me to come down and check it out. The next day I was told someone had put a down payment on the vehicle. While I kept looking for the right Jeep for the right price, Don stayed in touch. In the meantime, I found many deals that were better than Novak online, but when it came time to sit down, it turned out to be no deal at all. Route 23 Kia had a Jeep on their site listed at $18,000, but after dealer fees, inflated interest, and extended loan length, the vehicle would've cost me $37,000. That was just one of my many horror stories. While still searching, I received a call from Don, and we struck a deal. After, he made sure the vehicle was 100% up to snuff and ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. The numbers added up to be exactly what we discussed. Add no excessive fees or crazy interest rates, with two free oil changes a year for two years and lifetime coverage on the internal engine and transmission parts, and I'm a happy camper. I've received calls from Novak checking on the vehicle and me, which was cool. My only complaint is their referral program. Someone who bought three cars from Novak recommended them to me. She was supposed to receive a check a week after my purchase, after a month and several calls, it was made right. All and all, I would Recommend Novak and can definitely see myself buying from them again. DW More
