I worked with Joe Lambert, who was very transparent, informative, patient, engaging, and courteous. The handover, payment process was very easy, and the car was in great condition. It’s not a perfect car If I say, but any issues are from Ford itself, not Novak Motors. If Novak Motors had any information or documents related to the car, they provided everything and more to me. I rate them 15/10 for their transparency and ease of doing business and I will keep watching their website for deals. More
