I recently bought a Toyota Tundra from Novak Motors and the entire process was seamless. Don made everything very simple and there was zero pressure into buying the vehicle. I was in and out of the deale the entire process was seamless. Don made everything very simple and there was zero pressure into buying the vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in 1.5 hours, no game playing. They worked with their sister location in NY to get the truck that I saw and said even if I didn't like, they would give me my deposit back in full. They had minimal time to check it over and when i drove it out of the dealership, I noticed a fog light bulb was out and they replaced it no questions asked a few weeks later.
