An Excellent Experience! My experience at Novak Motors was excellent! I inquired about a vehicle they had in stock and I received a reply from Ralph Gallina the next morning. My experience at Novak Motors was excellent! I inquired about a vehicle they had in stock and I received a reply from Ralph Gallina the next morning. He answered all of my questions and did not push me into a quick sale. I took a ride down to Novak in Lebanon, NJ to take a look around. As I was checking out the vehicles on the lot a pickup truck was leaving the lot but came back to see if I needed any help or if I had any questions. It happened to be the general sales manager Howard Kletter. He offered to answer any questions that I may have had. I was impressed that Howard changed his plans to see to my needs first. The vehicle I was interested in was on another lot since it was not yet prepped for sale. Howard said that they can send me a video of the vehicle and they went out the next day on a cold and rainy afternoon so I could see it and ask any questions. When I decided to make the purchase I informed Ralph. He asked me to send him some information and everything was taken care of promptly. When I went to see the vehicle, before making a final decision, I noticed that Novak installed four brand new Continental tires, replaced (not cut) all four brake rotors, changed the oil and filter, replaced the air filter (and probably cabin filter, and put on Bosch top of the line wiper blades. I am sure there is more but that is what I was immediately aware of. This is on a three year-old vehicle with only 23,000 miles on it! It was also spotless! Jeff Cramer, the finance manager, handled the paperwork and answered any questions that I had. In less than an hour I was out the door with my new vehicle! Everyone at Novak Motors was observing the COVID protocols of distancing, face masks and disinfecting. My vehicle had a antiseptic scent for the first few days.
