An Effortless Transaction Don Lamperti at Novak Motors worked quickly and efficiently with us to get us in to our "new" car. A fair price agreement and trade in was reached wi Don Lamperti at Novak Motors worked quickly and efficiently with us to get us in to our "new" car. A fair price agreement and trade in was reached with little effort Then, with very little to do on our part, the financing department had our loan papers ready to sign and we were on our way! Don had the new vehicle all ready for us to pick up the next day. When I got there to drive it home, he went through all of the bells and whistles with me. He made sure I had no questions and felt comfortable. The transfer of our plates and the new registration were all taken care of, and I received a phone call a week or so later to let me know my registration was ready to be picked up. Everyone at Novak Motors was friendly, helpful and sincerely appreciative of our business. A couple of weeks later, the check engine light went on... oh no! Not to worry, the service department worked diligently to find the cause of problem, and fixed it in no time at all. We are very happy with our "new" truck and would recommend Don Lamperti specifically, and Novak Motors generally, to anyone who is in the market for a new used vehicle. When the need for an oil change or other service arises, Anita, Dom and the guys in the garage are also always a pleasure. More
