Great used car experience I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in May 2020, and this was in the middle of Covid 19 lock down. I picked out a car online and the salesman Scott I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in May 2020, and this was in the middle of Covid 19 lock down. I picked out a car online and the salesman Scott Misino was helpful throughout the entire purchase. This place is not like buying a car from a regular dealer. No headaches here and no hidden fees such as prep, you only pay the tax and registration fee. There was one issue on he cars hood, I noticed bubbling of the paint on the front of the hood and a scratch on the front bumper. Scott said this has to be a Jeep issue and that when everything opens up after the pandemic that he would contact jeep to re-paint my hood. This was put in writing. I was told that the scratch on the bumper couldn't be fixed because they are operating without a full crew and that I could bring the car back at a latter date. So as long as the hood gets repainted by Jeep I will be back to purchase a car for my son. If it doesn't I will update my review, but I feel confident it will be repaired. More
