Easiest, quickest, most efficient purchase of a vehicle I have ever been involved with. Found the RAM Laramie on their web site and was fortunate to Have Bailey Crego as my "go to" person. No nonsense purchase. Went to look and compare a few Jeeps we saw at a few dealers online and this place has there act together. Bailey was very easy to work with no high pressure sales that you would expect at typical used car dealers and was very informative and upfront with what could be done. He seemed to listen to what we needed and gave us a few suggestions. Love the fact that the Jeep mods are done professionally and backed for 3 years. Michael in finance was helpful in all things Jeep and of course with closing the deal. Really enjoyed talking with him which is a first when dealing with finance folks at dealerships! lol Wasn't going to get the warranty but I read the reviews of the company they use and it looked much better than the one I had with my own credit union. The fact that they waive the $100 deductible if you bring it to them doesn't hurt either. If I had to pick anything to be critical on is that the vehicle came from NY and has the corrosion you'd expect dealing with salty roads there but that was not a deal breaker, just something to consider. All in all we are very pleased with the purchase and I feel like I hit the trifecta getting paired up with the folks we dealt with there at Novak. Even Jerry or Terry (can't remember his name) at the service department was genuine and helpful. I'd have no problems bringing any vehicle to him to get serviced. More

When I first went into the dealership I was surprised that the price was lower than what I saw online and the fact that they claimed they had no hidden fees. This dealership is the same as all the others that the price was lower than what I saw online and the fact that they claimed they had no hidden fees. This dealership is the same as all the others. I was trying to buy the truck a week later and they raised the price to what it was online saying that the market made it go up, but if I was to finance the truck with them then I could get that price. Total BS, I did the calculations of what they said was the discounted price and it came out to be even more than what the marked up price was. Also they pressure you to get warranty that comes out to around 4K more on top of purchase. Either way I got suckered and walked out of there with 3K of mystery fees I’ll be paying for. Be explanation and when I asked about it they gave me more conversation reverting techniques. Salesmen are very good but the financial people are shady people. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More
