Super Bowl Saturday 2025 Traveling north on 95 from Maryland to Long NY my vehicle experienced an electrical error which immobilized the vehicle We were literally caught in Delaware between the heavie Maryland to Long NY my vehicle experienced an electrical error which immobilized the vehicle We were literally caught in Delaware between the heaviest snowstorm of the year moving south along the 95/NJTP and an ice storm moving north along 95 through Maryland and Delaware In-spite of of the fact that my vehicle had not been purchased from Nucar New Castle Delaware William provided the level of service which inspires brand loyalty William worked for several hours to find us a loaner car and even stayed late after the service department close to try to deliver the loaner to me because of the weather it took an extremely long time to get the vehicle towed to Nucar To further exemplify Nucar’s commitment to customer service when William had to leave the sales department took over. Next a sales person stepped up and stayed past closing to deliver my loaner car in the face of an impending snow/ice storm. While in service John the service manager kept me completely informed of what was going on. This is what good service and excellent dealership and brand representation looks like !!! More

Overall had a good experience at NuCar. Salesman was very new but was very helpful. The only problem I had which is a big problem was the amount of time I was at the dealership. I got there at 12:30pm salesman met me outside. I told him what I was looking for and promptly showed the vehicles. Within 30 mins I picked one for a test drive. We came back I told hm let’s make a deal. This is where the issues started. I had a budget I was sticking to and wasn’t goi g over it. I did all number crunching with different rates and prices. So issue #1. The truck I was looking to buy was listed on your web $60,000 exact truck same vin. The first offer you gave on paper was $3,000 more than the website price. Your two salesman looked befuddled. Problem #2 I told them my budget $725/month payment. It was feasible. Your guys keep coming back with $900 payments. I keep saying g it was too high I I was goi g to rethink my on what I was goi g to buy. After 4 more hours the finance guy in the back office comes out and says let’s go into his office and talk. After 20 mins!!! He had the offer to buy the truck for the price I set $725. 20 MINs. that’s all it took. Now I know you’re in the business to make a profit I get that. If I give you my budget and you can’t get to that number say it. Don’t waste my time with the “Lrt me go talk to the my manager” crap back and forth. Let’s the salesman do his job and show you what your looking for give all the information about the car. Then take it right to the financial guy and let him to the work if he can’t get you to the numbers you need say it and that’s it. I’ll go to plan B rethink things thru. The manager should manage her salespeople not my financial requirements. Leave that to the finance dept. with that said I should have been in and out in 2-21/2 hours tops. More
