I appreciate svc video assessment by technician; video would have meant more to me if technician used audio to identify parts of car he was videotaping to better understand repair recommendations. Martin Honda technicians do this with their assessments. Otherwise, service was completed in a satisfactory manner. Check-out process was streamlined and associate was friendly. More

There has been an issue with the navigation and radio system for several years. We purchased new system and then about 3 yrs later the system went up again. The service was performed incorrectly but the service manager fixed the problem without charge or inconvenience to me. He had my car towed from N.J. to New Castle and gave me a loaner car for 4 days in manager fixed the problem without charge or inconvenience to me.
