I would like to see a cheaper version and not have it added to the finance and less fear to factor. Also the survey is asking me if I bought a certain model. It did not list Mazda as an option. Forcing me to write this. Make sure you don't go to the wrong person. She was in the Mazda dealership. NOT the other one. More

I waited over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That's unacceptable! Why schedule an appointment if you're not going to abide by it? Very poor service department and dishonest!
