Felt disrespected and disdain soon after signup the sales contract. I wouldn’t consider to visit again even it is close proximity to my work. Sales lady Kayla was not even given eye contact when I was wait for basic things that needs to be taken care. Made me to wait hours and hours to just report my fault issue. Promised me to follow up on my issue and never called me. I only called and I only follow up including registration. My insurance company co firmed that they sent my insurance details and details when and what time faxed. But Kayla never checked or confirmed on this all she was saying is she didn’t received. When I ask to confirm on this another old gentle man and accused me that I am yelling. Felt like this the true face soon after deal sign. More
Still waiting for someone from Honda to let me know the status of my car I was told would be ready today (amended from yesterday). I was told it would be ready in the morning. It is now near the end of the status of my car I was told would be ready today (amended from yesterday). I was told it would be ready in the morning. It is now near the end of the day with not even a courtesy call. This is very annoying and extremely likely this is the last time Honda sees me. I was thinking of a new Honda this summer. That will not happen here. More

He took the time to make sure I was comfortable leaving the dealership and made sure I knew that if I had questions, to get in touch with him. I think the only thing that really mattered this time around, this was the first place I started looking for a car, and this is where I leased my vehicle. I didn’t need to look any where else. I would absolutely recommend Brandon if they are looking for their next car. More

Almost perfect for a first time experience I originally engaged with the dealership thru TruCar. No problem getting to the car, but original ppw came in $2K OVER QUOTE. "I'm sorry". Very poor communication, rude We brought a car in, with an appointment, for oil change, tire rotation and car inspection. First if oil, the service worker pretends he has no idea about the Boch Honda West service specials which are emailed out to customers, then gives me a hard time when I show it to him on my phone saying it has to be printed out. Even worse, they kept the car for over 7 hours. We dropped it at 10:30 am and when I called at 2:30 pm was told because we weren’t waiting there it went to end of line and it wouldn’t be ready to 5:30-6pm. called again at 5pm and rudely told still not ready.
