Have followed my Honda salesman to new dealer and am pleased I came to trade lease early due to high miles. I wanted to see what the options were. Staff all seem to be happy and committed to excellent customer service. Just a few minor glitches. My service associate texted her number to me to use in case I needed to contact her. I tried to do so, but got no response. So, I tried calling her via the Boch service phone menu. But, she was not on the menu. I then tried any random service associate on the phone menu and was able to have my question answered. When I was called to let me know my vehicle was ready, I arrived about 45 minutes later. For some reason the paperwork had not been completed and I had to wait about 15 minutes more. I don’t know whose fault that was? These were minor complaints, though. I will certainly return to Boch Honda West. More

Disappointing Service Came in for an oil change. The service rep suggested I also have my tires rotated. Never mentioned to me anything about time. 50 minutes later I check Came in for an oil change. The service rep suggested I also have my tires rotated. Never mentioned to me anything about time. 50 minutes later I checked to see the status of my car. At that time he stated the job normally takes 1.25 hours which seems excessive. By the time the job was completed and Dave came back it was 1 hour and 40 minutes causing me to miss my scheduled appointment. I spoke with Dave about this and his response was that he told me upfront how long it would take. Obviously, I would not have had the tires rotated and purposely miss my appointment. Very disappointed with my service experience. More
Overall not bad I had a TrueCar certificate for a specific car (2019 Honda Odyssey EX), which they honored. However, they would not give me the special 2.9% APR finan I had a TrueCar certificate for a specific car (2019 Honda Odyssey EX), which they honored. However, they would not give me the special 2.9% APR financing because "I got a discount through TrueCar". That is ridiculous. The price of the vehicle should have nothing to do with how I finance the loan! In short, they refused to give me the APR on their website because the price I got was good. After buying the car, I went to my local bank and immediately refinanced with an APR that is 1.8% lower (same loan amount and length of payback). When I went to pick up the car a few days later, as I was driving out, they flagged me down because they forgot to leave the registration in the glove compartment. I was also told that I would have to take the car over to the service department because they did not do the state inspection yet (which I had to wait another hour to get that done). Seriously!?! LOL. :) Other than that, everything else went quickly and smoothly! More

Issues with registration but all else was good Everyone was helpful and I believe I received a good deal on the car. Sales manager worked with me to obtain target price. Insurance company didn’t have delearship info. Given it is liberty I was surprised. As such I had to get involved to assist Honda in getting the insurance completed which was frustrating at best. Took many calls as I was intermediary between dealer and liberty. Once liberty sent info it took an additional hour for the dealership to acknowledge receipt. Once completed car was picked up on time and overview was very helpful More
