I am politely ushered to a clean, comfortable and varied waiting area. I usually take advantage of the free coffee and quiet waiting area. Rest rooms are also very clean and convenient. My car is serviced quickly and the technician personally reviews what was done and facilities the financial transaction. Coupons are offered if applicable! I drive away through the automatic doors secure that my Rav 4 is all set till my next scheduled visit😊 More
Aggravating and unsatisfactory Brought my car in for an oil change and a damaged front tire. Both of these are covered by protection plan so all was good on Wednesday. Was told the rim was not in stock but it would be there the next morning and that they recommend an alignment due to impact done to the front tire. I agreed and left car overnight to be serviced. I was promised car would be repaired and ready by 5pm on Halloween so i could take my kids out. After numerous excuses and avoided calls i was finally told that my rim had just arrived at 445, i didnt leave the service center till after 6pm and that the alignment i had to pay 109.00 for didnt even align the car properly and ill have to bring it back. To put it nicely, i dont appreciate being lied to, my kids were not able to go out because of the delay, and i feel i shouldnt have had to pay for a service that didnt even do anything. I will seek other services once my toyota care is expired. More
Concern over car buying/ financing My wife and I visited this dealership after receiving an offer summary with Capital One bank. We planned to use our trade-in as our down payment, b My wife and I visited this dealership after receiving an offer summary with Capital One bank. We planned to use our trade-in as our down payment, but would learn that the trade in was worth much less than the $900 quoted on Kelly Blue Book. We were only offered $200. We were then asked to come up with a cash down payment, and they told us they would work on it. We had not heard anything after a couple of days, so we called and left a message and after some time received a call back and we were then told, that we could not finance a monthly payment anywhere near the Capital One offer for the car. I felt like we kept working to make things better with a bigger down payment, a larger monthly payment etc. I also asked if the trade in value could go up any, considering we never tried to negotiate on the price of either the trade-in or the new used vehicle. I was then told they would look into it for us. The next day my wife received a text message congratulating us on our new vehicle the Dodge Grand Caravan, of which she replied we have an agreement? We later received a text message saying, I sent this to the wrong person and will check in on this for you. Never did get a response from anyone. After we followed up again the next day we were told that the trade-in does not matter it must be more cash. I feel we had poor communication and no flexibility from the dealership in trying to make a deal happen, and they never seemed to have all of the information correct each time we talked. I tried writing to the manager in hopes for more guidance, but was just given a superficial apology and pushed right back to the people I had been working with. In the end we missed a deal by only $200 or $300 dollars total. Going to try my luck at another dealership. More
