Everyone listened to us and worked to get us what we were looking for. We bought the car we wanted and got the deal we wanted. Financing and paperwork went smoothly.We said we would pick up the car the next day and it was ready as promised. Joe even came in on his day off to be sure we were taken care of as "his" customers. Steve explained all the electronic systems and was excellent. All my questions were answered and everything I needed was working properly before I left ( phone, navigation, etc..)..
