I was mislead about the price of the car with hidden fees and at the end of the day the dealership delivered me a car with a reject sticker. I came three days later for the car to be reinspected and on that day I was pulled aside by the financial person to sign again documents because of a mist on his part. More

When we checked in at the desk they brought us to his desk to have us wait for him and within a minute he was there to assist . We had done our research and knew what we wanted. Everyone listened to us and worked to get us what we were looking for. We bought the car we wanted and got the deal we wanted. Financing and paperwork went smoothly.We said we would pick up the car the next day and it was ready as promised. Joe even came in on his day off to be sure we were taken care of as "his" customers. Steve explained all the electronic systems and was excellent. All my questions were answered and everything I needed was working properly before I left ( phone, navigation, etc..).. This is the second car I bought from them and I would definitely do it again. More
