Quick & Easy I walked into Boch Toyota, with no appointment, knowing what I wanted to get. They said it was busy and they'd call when someone was available. Figure I walked into Boch Toyota, with no appointment, knowing what I wanted to get. They said it was busy and they'd call when someone was available. Figured i'd wait a few hours cause it was jammed. 20 minutes later i'm sitting down with Monike talking about some Rav4's; 20 minutes after that i'm cruising down the road in what would become my new Rav4. The staff was responsive, Monike was fun to hang out with/genuinely knew her stuff, and it all took the sting out of the painful process we call buying a car. i'm not gonna say I didn't have to sit though 3 hours of paperwork and details, because there's no way around that, but it was as fun and painless a car buying experience as I've ever been through. More
