Excellent customer service I recently bought a newer RAV4 on a trade in. It was my 5th RAV4 i have purchased from Boch. I origionally wanted to purchase the 2019 RAV4 but the pr I recently bought a newer RAV4 on a trade in. It was my 5th RAV4 i have purchased from Boch. I origionally wanted to purchase the 2019 RAV4 but the price was way out of my comfortable range. A few things could’ve gone better.. 1) I was there for almost 7 hours the day I bought the car. Had I known it was going to be more than 3 hours I would've gone home and come back the ne 1) I was there for almost 7 hours the day I bought the car. Had I known it was going to be more than 3 hours I would've gone home and come back the next day to pick the car up. I did not have to take it that day. 2) It took 3 days and several phone calls to get the registration for the new car to me. I had 7 days to get a sticker -3 were already gone and one of the 7 days was a Sunday. It wasn't until I called Boch late in the afternoon 3 days after I took the car home that I found out the wrong insurance co. had been called. I still haven't figured out why no one bothered to just call and ask me for the name of the correct ins co.. ..? I received the registration late on Friday so, I was able to get an inspection sticker Sat AM. I was at the dealership for almost 7 hours the day I bought the car - I don't understand why it wasn't registered with a sticker on it that same day. 3) The clean up/prep on the car was kind of rushed/sloppy. There were dried (cleaning product?) spots on all of the seats that I had to clean up myself and the back floor mats needed to be vacuumed. None of these 3 issues were any 1 persons fault. John did call me on his day off to assist with getting the car registered and followed up a few days later. More
Always Consistent Service I love Boch Toyota in Norwood. Been a customer for nearly 20 years. In 2018 - bought two Cars - Corolla Limited Edition and Camry - very satisfied. I love Boch Toyota in Norwood. Been a customer for nearly 20 years. In 2018 - bought two Cars - Corolla Limited Edition and Camry - very satisfied. The Service department is always top notch. Quick check in, very thorough in reviewing the car for service needs, quick and reasonably priced. Never gone to anyone else to service our vehicles. Only recommendation - upgrade the customer seating area - more electrical outlets needed, stronger wifi and update the seating - hasn't changed in over 15 years. Need a employee bathroom separate from the customers - too many people use it and gets dirty quickly - with few clean ups (not that I spend too much time there) - everything else - top notch. More
Service Brought in 2012 Prius with 230,000 miles on it for check engine light. Repair was more than I wanted to put into a 7 year old car. Greased up I had the greatest service when i pulled into the port for service. Service was done quickly. But then when i got home i noticed my door, seat and st I had the greatest service when i pulled into the port for service. Service was done quickly. But then when i got home i noticed my door, seat and steering wheel all have grease all over them. My interior is white and off white. So disappointed.. i got most of it out but some spots are visible. Tech should be more cautious of interiors when servicing. More
