Car forgotten Did not have service.had appointment and was told longest I would wait was 90minutes after I waited 90 minutes with no update I asked the service repr Did not have service.had appointment and was told longest I would wait was 90minutes after I waited 90 minutes with no update I asked the service representative about the status and he said the car had not been brought in yet. He didn’t know why but could get me in and out in 45 minutes. I had to leave and was really disappointed. I took the morning off to have this done and in the past have chosen to take my car to Toyota even though more expensive than a mechanic because of the service and concern regarding my time and experience. I wasted 3 hours of my day for nothing. More
